Zoe Rose

Family Team Leader & Senior Associate

I qualified as a solicitor almost a decade ago and have specialised in family law supporting individuals and their families through periods of significant change ever since. I am committed to providing honest and concise advice so that my clients are clear on their position and all possible options from the outset.

It was very flattering to be recognised by Chambers UK as an ‘Associate to watch’ not only for the legal services I provide but for the wider appreciation I have for the emotional impact of divorce and separation on my clients and their families.

Matters involving complex financial arrangements is what I most frequently deal with. These include complex trusts and business structures and I have significant experience advising those in the property development sector. I also have unrivalled expertise when it comes to dealing with complicated pension arrangements, including offshore.

As a member of Resolution I am committed to dealing with matters in a way that minimises unnecessary conflict and keeps the best interests of children at the forefront.

I am a busy mum to an even busier toddler, so spend a lot of my time exploring all of the brilliant activities locally for young families. I am also a team leader in a local youth group focused on supporting girls and young women to discover a whole range of new skills and activities to help them to discover who they really are.

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY

“Zoe has a great understanding of not only the legal side of things but also the emotional upheaval of divorce. You will want her on your team.”
