What is Spousal Maintenance?

With over a decade of experience in family law, I am passionate about supporting individuals and their families through periods of significant change. I am committed to providing honest and concise advice so that my clients are clear on their position and all possible options from the outset to those at all stages in their relationship. I am well known for advising unmarried / cohabiting couples.
It was hugely humbling to be recognised as a “Leading Partner” in Legal 500 and an ‘Associate to watch’ by Chambers UK, not only for the legal services I provide but for the wider appreciation I have for the emotional impact of divorce and separation on my clients and their families.
Matters involving complex and high value financial arrangements is what I most frequently deal with. In particular those with complex trusts, business structures, international elements, third party interveners and appeals. I have significant experience advising those in the property development sector. I also have unrivalled expertise when it comes to dealing with complex pension arrangements, including those offshore and am often sought out for second opinions on this work.
As a member of Resolution I am committed to dealing with matters in a way that minimises unnecessary conflict and keeps the best interests of children at the forefront. I have been at the forefront of pioneering working with a couple on separation under our one couple service.
Outside of work I am a busy mum to an even busier toddler, so I spend a lot of my time exploring all of the brilliant activities locally for young families. I also lead a local youth group focused on supporting girls and young women to develop a whole range of new skills and activities to help them to discover who they really are.
WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY
