Founded in 1789 and employee-owned since 2021, Hedges aims to make a difference by providing exceptional legal advice for life. Our team spans many legal specialities but tying us together is a shared set of values and the desire to be trusted advisors to our clients throughout their lifetimes. We regularly survey our employees (known as HedgeHolders) to understand how they are feeling about the business, their role in it, and we review and feedback those findings. Our goal is to continually seek to improve our staff engagement and to be an employer of choice in every way.
