Grant only service 

If you are unsure how much support you want or need to administer an estate we can offer our grant only service, where we will obtain the grant of probate on your behalf. As part of this service we will explain the contents of the Will or how the rules of intestacy will apply. We will then complete the Probate Registry forms, submit the application and also check the grant once it has been issued. At this point, we’d be happy to discuss any further support that we can provide in administering the estate.
