Tina Pettinger, Property Solicitor at Hedges Law

Tina Pettinger

Senior Associate

I love being a residential property lawyer – buying a home is one of the very few happy and positive reasons people need a solicitor for!

I enjoy helping clients navigate the legal complexities of property buying and selling, as well as more complex Land Registry title work. I ensure my clients have all the right and relevant information they need to make their decision on one of the biggest and most exciting purchases you can make.

Working for a wide variety of clients – individuals, companies, investors and charities is so rewarding and no two transactions are ever the same!

When not working, I play both the cello and flute in various orchestras and groups – I love performing as part of a team of players as well as the social side of being in an orchestra.

"The team at Hedges Law managed the sale of my residential property in a very efficient and professional manner. I will use their services in the future when either buying or selling a property."
