Robert Camp

Non-Executive Director

Robert was Managing Partner of a leading South West law firm for 9 years, with a vision was to create a different kind of firm. He was tasked with setting and delivering the strategy, and succeeded in transforming the business, doubling its profits and turning it into one of the most innovative in the country. This culminated in the firm becoming the first employee owned law firm and being ranked in The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For for 7 consecutive years.

Since leaving the firm he works with business leaders to give them space to focus on what really matters. As an independent business consultant, he brings an innovative approach and ideas, working with leaders to develop strategies and plans to drive growth.

Robert believes being different is not always easy, but is always looking for different ways to run a business, different ways to drive growth, different ways to engage and inspire people, different ways to win new work and different ways of thinking.
