How great leaders inspire action – TEDx Oxford sponsored by Hedges

Ok so picking a talk that has been viewed 29,960,635 times (when I wrote this) as one of my favourites may seem like a bit of a cop out, but sometimes popularity on an idea shows its power.  

Simon Sinek’s now legendary talk on the power of why someone does something, not how they do it or what they do, to inspire those they lead and engaging customers to buy from them could change the way you think about both leadership and marketing.  It inspired us at Hedges to look at our business from a completely different perspective.
