In a cosy pub near you…..

This week’s blog from the fabulous Hero Brown gives us her recommendations for the best cosy pubs across our county in Oxfordshire and our neighbours in Bucks.  It just makes me realise how lucky we are to have so many absolute treasures on our doorsteps. So, maybe its a weekend to turn off Strictly or the footie and head out for an evening of log fires, cosy interiors and the thing that we Brits really do excel at: the GastroPub.

Hey you Autumn, enough already. The trees are bald, the temperature has dropped, and it’s dark at midday (well, nearly). There’s only one warm thing on the local horizon? The roaring fire of the cosiest, cutest, loveliest pubs in Oxon and Bucks. Luckily I spend half my life zipping around finding and reviewing the very best, so here’s my insider pick of the ones to put at the top of your pint and pie list.
