Sharan joined Hedges Law in July 2025 to lead their Property Team, bringing with her a wealth of expertise in all aspects of residential conveyancing. Her experience spans a broad range of transactions, including traditional sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, equity release, right to buy and auction acquisitions. She also specialises in other areas such as new-build properties, off-plan developments, and affordable housing schemes, including shared ownership.
Over the course of her career, Sharan has acted for a diverse range of clients, from first-time buyers to seasoned property investors and developers. She is particularly experienced in supporting developers through the full lifecycle of a project, from site acquisition to individual plot sales.
Sharan is known for her strategic, pragmatic advice tailored to each client’s individual needs. Her empathetic and calm approach provides reassurance during what can often be a stressful process, ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way.
Outside of work, Sharan enjoys spending time with her young twin boys, family, and friends and occasionally finds time for a Pilates class.
