Katja is a results-oriented Marketing strategist with a decade of experience in performance marketing, communications, and business development. She prides herself on combining creative leadership with operational executive experience. Expert in process optimisation, budget management, and end-to-end client acquisition for premium heritage brands and services. Her goal is to bring a “commercial awareness” approach to marketing, focusing on tangible ROI, high-quality lead generation, and long-term brand identity.
Katja has worked and studied at the intersection of marketing communication, culture, and philosophy, earning a doctorate in the philosophy of education. Using media creatively has not only been part of her professional work in Marketing and Online Marketing, but Katja’s B.A. (Hons) in Communication, Media, Culture & Philosophy, and also served as a main inspiration for her PhD thesis on social actions online, which was funded by Microsoft Research, Cambridge. Katja is interested in the philosophical implications of the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and has published on the subject to date.
When Katja is not crunching the numbers, she is a semi-professional Latin dancer and choreographer who has worked with Oxford University’s performance teams.
