I’ve spent more than 25 years in operations and technology leadership roles across a variety of sectors, including legal services, recruitment, background screening, healthcare, education, technology and logistics. I’ve worked with organisations of all sizes, from start-ups to businesses with thousands of employees, and I love helping leaders get the very best from their people, processes and technology.
Joining Hedges felt like a natural fit. I’m a governance and compliance geek at heart, genuinely interested in regulation, contracts and the frameworks that help organisations operate effectively. Combined with Hedges’ people-first culture and ambition, it was an opportunity that really resonated with me.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, in the gym, out walking, or indulging my passion for flying helicopters.
