With nearly 20 years Human Resources experience in various industries, my passion is to support and grow teams and organisations to fulfil their best potential. Having completed my CIPD I am looking forward to bringing my knowledge and insights to Hedges where there is a tangible feeling of focus on people being the key factor for success.
Outside of work I enjoy long walks in the countryside with my 2 dogs.
