Understanding your role as an executor

I have 6 years of experience specialising in Court of Protection work involving different types of deputyships. I have worked alongside both professional and lay deputies, managing cases that range from clients with minimal assets to those with significant funds; and everything in between. I love working in this area as I believe it is important to improve the quality of life of a person who has been deemed to lack capacity, and make decisions in their best interests.
Every case is different and I learn something new with every deputyship. I came to Hedges to take the opportunity to diversify my skills and branch into private client work, and provide Court of Protection work for clients who need it. Outside of work I enjoy Geocaching, dancing in an Oxford-based troupe, and baking.
WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY
"Highly professional and nothing was too much trouble."
