I am the Head of our Dispute Resolution & Rural team.
With over 20 years’ experience in civil litigation, I have developed a wide range of expertise in all areas of dispute resolution. I represent clients across all sectors in both commercial and private disputes.
I advise on disputes arising following death involving Wills, trusts, and estates. I specialise in cases involving large estates and also deal with complex issues surrounding power of attorneys and professional negligence.
I also specialise in resolving disputes for individuals, businesses, partnerships, landed estates, farmers and rural landowners. Including consumer and commercial contract disputes, property disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, commercial property disputes, debt recovery, company and director disputes, employment law disputes (settlement agreements) and disputes relating to the separation of non-married couples where they may have an interest in a property which is not legally owned by them.
I take satisfaction in working with clients in a pragmatic, solution-focused manner to find a way through often challenging and upsetting circumstances.
I’m thrilled to have joined Hedges Law as Head of Dispute Resolution. I’m excited to be part of and collaborate with the talented team at Hedges, which strives to provide exceptional client care and deliver exceptional legal advice at every stage of life.
I am a county committee member of the Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution charity (R.A.B.I) and also a member of the Agricultural Law Association (ALA).
Outside of work, I can be found in my wellies on my South Cotswolds small holding, which keeps me very busy.
