Westgate due to re-open October 2017

Exciting news this week about the planned re-opening of the Oxford Westgate centre in almost exactly two years’ time.

With pre-let levels currently around the 30% mark there’s plenty of work to be done over the next two years in signing up new occupiers but with John Lewis as an anchor store I’m sure lots of retailers will be showing an interest. We look forward to helping many of them with their leases.

Oxford's transformed Westgate shopping complex will reopen its doors in October 2017 following its £440m facelift, it has been announced.
The development in the city centre will eventually have more than 100 shops, 25 restaurants and cafes, a cinema and 61 flats.
There will also be a 1,000-space underground car park, rooftop terrace dining and new public spaces.
