Changes to mortgage interest rate relief will be phased in from 6 April 2017.  They will affect any landlord who owns a property with a mortgage.    Run by www.OxfordPropertyBlog.co.uk, the seminar will focus on what the changes to mortgage interest relief mean for landlords and what landlords can do to minimise their impact.

I will be speaking about the potential advantages of using corporate structures to hold properties in tamdem with Gerry Jackson from Critchleys who will explain the tax consequences and ways to mitigate any tax you have to pay.
