It has been good to see how responsive and agile the Courts have been over the past year. Not perfect, of course, but still impressive in the way that across HMCTS great efforts have been made at all levels to keep the Court system running.
The President of the Family division has consulted regularly, and there is still a week to go to have your say on what should happen with the Family Courts next as the country moves in to the “recovery” phase.
Responses are sought from all court users – parents, lawyers, other professionals – as to what aspects of remote access should be retained as we move forward.
