This is such a sad case. 

Marriage revokes previous wills and therefore this lady’s estate would have passed entirely to her new husband, whom she married when suffering from advanced dementia.

Surely more needs to be done by Registrars to check capacity to marry.

Mr Hamilton will raise the question at PMQs after two years of campaigning to address the issue, reports inews.
