Our Front of House team is the heart and soul of our offices. They create unforgettable experiences for our clients from the moment they arrive. With a warm welcome, impeccable service, and a thorough knowledge of our offerings.

You will be at the forefront of the office in Summertown, welcoming clients and dealing with their initial enquiries in a friendly, professional manner and in accordance with the company values. This role is one of the first touch points for prospects and has the opportunity to set the tone for the Hedges’ ‘advice for life’ journey and sales cycle that follows.

Key values are ‘surprising and delighting’ and ‘making it happen’ for our prospects and clients. You will also be assisting with the effective running of the office operations and facilities.
